HOA Board of Directors
The operation of your homeowner's associations is managed by up to a a nine-member board of directors per the amendment to our Articles of Incorporation. Board members are elected by the community to oversee the day-to-day business and the financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members' compliance with the established dedicatory documents of the Association filed by the Developer and providing frequent updates to the Association through Quarterly Open HOA meetings.

Minutes from board meetings are documented and approved at the following meeting. Minutes are posted following approval. All personally identifying information (in regards to violations, fines, liens, and ACC requests) is removed from posted minutes. Request to address the board during a monthly meeting can be made via email to email@example.com. Minutes are posted in reverse chronological order. Summaries of Open HOA meetings can be found at the bottom of this list.
