HOA Board of Directors

The operation of your homeowner's associations is managed by up to a a nine-member board of directors per the amendment to our Articles of Incorporation. Board members are elected by the community to oversee the day-to-day business and the financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members' compliance with the established dedicatory documents of the Association filed by the Developer and providing frequent updates to the Association through Quarterly Open HOA meetings.

The Board's primary duty is to preserve the integrity of the development and maintain the appearance of the neighborhood by managing the following:

• Provide financial managment and neighborhood planning
• Common area maintenance and repairs
• Provide archtectural change/improvement guidance
• Oversee the enforcement of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, and subsequent Amendments

While board members serve on several committees, they are listed below with their office and the committee they chair.

Minutes from board meetings are documented and approved at the following meeting. Minutes are posted following approval. All personally identifying information (in regards to violations, fines, liens, and ACC requests) is removed from posted minutes.
