Lawncare and Landscaping Bids

CMSHA is now accepting bids for the annual lawncare and landscaping contract to be submitted by September 1, 2024. The scope of work for each contract is below. Any interested vendors who have questions about the scope of work should email commonareas@cypressmeadowssubdivision.com prior to submitting a bid.

Volunteers Requested - Want to help out but don't want the full responsibility of serving on the board? Join a committee!

We are currently seeking volunteers to lead and take part in several committees (communications, financials, capital improvements, socials, violations). You can read more about the work our committee members do on the Our Community page.

Request to Reserve the Commons Area

Reservation form may be found on the HOA website. Form must be submitted in its entirety a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date.

We are super excited that we now have a storage facility just outside the neighborhood. We'll be relocating our association-owned supplies to GuardianStore to take advantage of this great location and the easy access it will provide us for storing our supplies inbetween events.
