HOA Board of Directors
Our subdivision is managed by a five-member board of directors per our Articles of Incorporation. Board members are elected for a one-year term to manage the day-to-day business of the board and ensure the Restrictive Covenants are followed. Quarterly Open HOA meetings are held to provide a report to HOA members. While board members serve on several committees, they are listed below with their office and the committee they chair.
Minutes from board meetings are documented and approved at the following meeting. Minutes are posted following approval. All personally identifying information (in regards to violations, fines, liens, and ACC requests) is removed from posted minutes.
